EVENT INFORMATION
Join me for an evening of relaxing and healing sounds. The session will begin with a Yoga Nidra to help you settle into the space before being bathed in the frequencies of the Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tingshas, and chimes to create powerful multi-layered pulses of sound to induce a deep meditative and peaceful state, clarity of mind while providing a soothing effect on the nervous system. The perfect way to end your week and reset before the weekend!
*Please note this venue does not offer any equipment for the sound bath. You will need to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillows, or whatever you need to be able to comfortably lie for the duration of the session.
