Join me for a blissful 2 hours. We'll begin the first hour of the workshop with a series of gentle yin postures, before finding our way to Savasanna to settle in for an hour of yoga Nidra and sound healing, where I will play Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, providing a profound effect on your body and your mind. This nourishing experience will leave you truly rested and relaxed.
